The 11th Annual Texas Primary Care Consortium Summit: Creating Stronger Primary Care, Together, for a Healthier Texas will take place on November 2-3 in Houston.

Each year health champions convene to continue in the shared pursuit of improving the health of Texans through easy to access, equitable, and coordinated person-centered primary care.

Attendees leave the summit equipped with a more comprehensive understanding of today's health care challenges, best practices, lessons learned, and available resources to improve the health of Texans. It's a unique event that serves as a learning lab, collaborative gathering, and catalyst for primary care transformation in Texas.

Registration for the Summit opens in June.
