Houston Hospice will host the 17th Annual Laura Lee Blanton Community Spirit Award Dinner on Thursday, October 29 at River Oaks Country Club.
The evening will feature cocktails, dinner, a raffle and awards presentation and honor Terri and John Havens with the 2015 Laura Lee Blanton Community Spirit Award.
Houston Hospice is a nonprofit organization that is community-based and community-supported. Their mission is to provide uncompromising, compassionate and respectful physical, social and spiritual support to individuals facing life-limiting illness, as well as their loved ones and caregivers, irrespective of their ethnicity or beliefs.
Table sponsorships for the dinner will help fund medical care, pain management, and emotional and spiritual support provided by non-profit Houston Hospice.
