Austin Senior Resource Alliance has partnered with Lakeway Regional Medical Center to host an event that will bring seniors closer to the services they need and didn't know they needed on Tuesday, October 6 at Lakeway Activity Center.
The 2015 Senior Wellness Expo will give seniors and their families the opportunity to learn more about services and advancements that can make their lives easier and their bodies and minds healthier. The Expo will feature businesses and nonprofits from the Austin area which serve the specific needs of the senior population as well as representatives from senior living communities.
The event will also include door prizes, demonstrations, free hearing tests, flu shots and more. In addition, speakers throughout the day will present on different facets of a healthy senior lifestyle. For more information on the speakers, please visit here.
