Family caregivers and professionals are invited to join in for the 2022 Caregiver Summit on Thursday, November 10th at no cost!

Sponsored by The WellMed Charitable Foundation and AACOG-Area Agency on Aging, the event is free to attend and this year's theme is "Caregiver Wellness-Mind, Body, Spirit."

When you are caring for someone, it can be easy to put your own needs low on the priority list. Two great speakers will share how you can shift your focus a little bit and give yourself permission to take steps towards self-care.

This will be a hybrid event. The speakers will be online, but there will be satellite locations in different locations airing the event. Seating will be limited! Please see here for a list of airing locations.
