The Houston Walk
Themed "It's A Family Affair," come walk with a purpose for the Fifth Annual Walk for Mental Health Awareness in honor of Disability Awareness Month on Saturday, October 10 at Stude Park.
Featuring a special guest appearance from Mrs. Conroe Texas America 2016, the Walk will start by Mayor Annise Parker and be emceed by Rita Garcia from Fox 26 News. The Walk will also include a Mental Health Expo with exciting exhibits, resource booths to help you find the right people to help in your family journey, refreshments, family entertainment and more.
The Walk for Mental Health – Houston is a community-based event to raise awareness and funding for Harris County non-profit agencies and programs that provide mental health services.
Registration is $25 and $30 day-of for ages 12 and up.
