Celebrate 45 years of fine art with Art Colony Association as they spotlight over 350 artists during the award winning annual fine art festival on April 29-May 1.
Festival patrons will enjoy a vibrant walk through Memorial Park as they take in the sights of artwork from 19 different disciplines and enjoy an array of delicious, local foods.
Over the past 45 years, the Art Colony Association, producer of the Bayou City Art Festivals in Downtown Houston in the fall and at Memorial Park in the spring, has raised millions of dollars to help support local non-profit organizations. The Festivals are funded in part by grants from the City of Houston and through Houston Arts Alliance.
The Festival will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29 and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1. There is no public parking at Memorial Park, however, a shuttle service will be provided to patrons from the conveniently located Northwest Mall at 9500 Hempstead Highway.
Shuttle passes are $3 for a round-trip ride on air-conditioned luxury buses. Adult Tickets begin at $12. Both can be purchased here.
