Brookdale Senior Living CE Series
Join Brookdale Senior Living on Tuesday, March 23 for "Crisis and Chaos: A Framework to Recovery" presented by Jaclyn Pritchett, PHR, SHRM-CP, SVP of field human resource operations and talent management.
The year 2020 was one of the most challenging and unpredictable years many of us have faced in our lifetime. From leading on the frontline through a global pandemic to disruption of routine in all aspects of our lives personally and much more, we have been hit with crisis after crisis. It's important for medical professionals to identify, process and take action in order to achieve crisis recovery—and to realize there is a cost over time if we don’t. Join Brookdale Senior Living as they discuss the psychological impacts of crisis and a framework to help you form strategies for crisis recovery.
Following this presentation participants will be able to:
- Identify and describe the Ideal Performance State (IPS)/Performance Pyramid Model.
- Identify at least two potential psychological impacts during a crisis/COVID-19.
- List at least two examples of strategies to overcoming the psychological impacts.
- Describe the model for crisis recovery.
