CenterWell Senior Primary Care invites the community to celebrate the grand opening of its newest senior-focused primary care center located in Little York. The COVID-19 compliant, grand opening celebration is set for Tuesday, November 16.
It will include entertainment, a food truck, raffles, center tours, gifts and more. Event organizers will be following social distancing protocols, screening for COVID symptoms, running temperature checks and recommending masks for everyone in attendance, especially those who are not vaccinated.
CenterWell physicians take time to listen to their patients and understand their needs; Board-certified and Board-eligible physicians; an on-site lab; referral coordinators and a Care Team that includes social workers to help with seniors’ behavioral, emotional, and social needs, such as food and transportation. Each location features an activity center offering health education classes, fitness demonstrations and various activities designed specifically for seniors.
