Keeping with the National Assisted Living Week theme of "Nourishing Life, Mind, Body, Spirit," Heritage Oaks Assisted Living & Memory Care will host a Community Health Fair on Tuesday, September 15.

Attendees will have the opportunity to talk to professionals in LTC insurance, VA benefits, home health, hospice and more!

A spaghetti dinner will be available for $10.
