Interfaith of The Woodlands and CarePartners present the Fall 2021 Caregivers Conference on Saturday, November 6.
The event will feature free skill-building and informative workshops for family members caring for a loved one, including children with special needs.

- Invocation 9:05 a.m.
- Introductory Presentation 9:10 a.m.
- Session One Workshop 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. "Legal Documents Everyone Should Have in Place followed by Elder Law Myth Busters" by Jan Pickett, John Dantche and Susan Bulgawicz, attorneys at law
- Break
- Session Two Workshop 10:45 - 11:45 a.m. "Effective Communication Strategies for Those with Dementia (Learn to decode verbal and behavioral messages and identify strategies to connect and communicate)" by The Alzheimer's Association - Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter

- Session Three Workshop 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. "Understanding Medicare (Medicare benefit basics and information)" by Mallory Freitag and Benjamina Covarrubias, benefits counselors, Houston-Galveston Area Council
