The Falls and Injuries Prevention for Senior Adults Class on Tuesday, December 13 will help educate older adults at risk to falls and promote successful falls prevention strategies for seniors to live independently at home.
The class will address the growing public health issue of falls, fall-related injuries, and deaths at home. A simple fall can result in a broken hip, disability and loss of independence. The presenter will be Sojourner King, home care administrator/certified fall prevention specialist.
