The seminar will discuss the latest updates on Medicaid with experts from the HICAP Division of the Texas Department of Insurance. HICAP is a partnership of state and local organizations that assist Medicare beneciaries. HICAP is the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) for Texas in a national network available throughout the U.S. and its territories.
