Join the Houston Metropolitan Chamber Senior Services Alliance every month on the first Thursday for a health-related presentation, networking and lunch.
For January, William S. Gilmer, MD, PA, Neurologist, will discuss how dancing boosts your brain power. Learn new science behind dancing as a means to develop neural connections involved in executive functioning, long term memory and spatial recognition. Several studies have linked dancing to a reduced risk of dementia. Learn more and participate in a group dance lesson onsite.
This event will be held in the Wellness Building upstairs (middle 2 story building) at The Abbey at Westminster Plaza.
