We Honor Veterans

You're invited to join in for the We Honor Veterans First Annual SCTHVP Veteran Outreach Event on Saturday, November 5!

Veterans and their families are welcome to attend and enjoy the following services:

• South Central Texas Hospice Veteran Partnership – Host & Veteran Ceremony
• Bexar County Military & Veterans Service Center – Register for benefits/compensation
• South Texas Blood Bank – Blood drive
• UTHSC School of Nursing – Mini health check
• Project Mend – Receive some free medical equipment
• Dignity Memorial – Retire old/worn flags and get new flag in exchange
• Fort Sam National Cemetery – Pre-register for burial at Fort Sam, info on burial benefits
• Women Veterans Network – Info for women who are veterans
• PTSD Foundation – Mental health info and benefits for veterans
• Texas Veterans Network – Register for veteran needs
• American Legion Post 2 – Order food plates (Fish Filet w/ fries or Chicken Fried Steak w/ fries & Drink $10)
• Door Prizes & Raffle
