Over 230 community members joined CAP of Pearland for their inaugural Community Heroes Luncheon on May 12, 2022.
Attendees gathered at the beautiful Citadel Houston to honor 16 individuals for their impact in business, community service and philanthropy within the Greater Pearland community. Each honoree expressed their humble thanks and credited the recognition to those around them.
The guests were buzzing as they enjoyed a tasty buffet, jazzy tunes, live and silent auctions, and visiting various exhibitor tables. For highlights, check out the video recap on Facebook.
Collectively, the luncheon raised more than $14,000 in proceeds, which will benefit the 501(c)(3) nonprofit, CAP (Community Assistance Providers) of Pearland in their mission to be a resource to residents that are experiencing a short-term crisis.
