Interfaith of The Woodlands and CarePartners hosted the Fall 2018 Caregivers Conference, which included informative workshops for family members caring for a loved one including children with special needs.
Held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Christ Church United Methodist, the conference included over 30 exhibitors to visit with, as well as an "Ask the Experts: Elder Law Panel."
