Beginning Tuesday, September 6, James Beard semi-finalist, chef Jason Dady, invites five cutting-edge chefs from across Texas to take over his Tuscan-inspired restaurant, Tre Enoteca, for the second annual “Texas Chefs Week.”
Every evening from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., guests can savor a four-course prix-fixe dinner and cocktail reception curated by chef Dady’s esteemed peers who will each pay tribute to a distinct region of Italy throughout the five-night affair.
The chef lineup is as follows:
- Monday, September 6: chef Misti Norris (Dallas, / “Emilia-Romagna,” Rising Star James Beard Award winner
- Tuesday, September 7: chef Philip Speer (Austin) / “Umbria,” James Beard Award winner
- Wednesday, September 8: chef Jason Dady + San Antonio chefs / “Toscana,” James Beard semi-finalist
- Thursday, September 9: chef David Uygur (Dallas) / “Piedmont,” Best Chef Dallas
- Friday, September 10: chef Jorge Hernandez (Austin) / “Calabria,” Best 12 Chef Counters
