UT Health San Antonio School Of Nursing Caring For The Caregiver Program
Join UT Health San Antonio, School of Nursing every second Thursday of the month for an Essentials of Caregiving class. These classes are focused on providing support and tools to caregivers as they care for a loved one living with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or related dementia.
March's topic is Planning for the Future. The Planning for the Future session is designed for caregivers and their family members to discuss the importance of planning for the future, including decisions related to care and advance care planning. You will have the opportunity to share and reflect with other caregivers on their experiences while also discussing strategies to help your loved one prepare for next steps.
These workshops are FREE to attend and refreshments will be provided. Registration is required here. To see the flier, please visit here.
