TORCH—Texas’ premier organization for assisted living professionals, care providers and business partners—hosted their 38th Annual Conference & Trade Show at the Hilton Garden Inn Frisco September 13-15, 2022.
Attending in person and virtually, conference participants from across the state learned about the latest trends in the industry and how to provide the best experience for their clientele.
Conference topics included a state of the industry keynote, growth tactics for assisted living facilities and the top 10 citations, HHSC long-term care regulatory policies and rules updates, threat resolution, and more. Assisted living administrators also had the opportunity to earn up to 24 continuing education hours, including the CALM certificate if they met requirements.
Highlights from this year included an evening cocktail social with business partners where attendees exchanged thoughts on what's needed to improve the lives of residents; an axe throwing tournament where individuals teamed up to compete for prizes and bragging rights; and a virtual trade show featuring booths from sponsors and exhibitors.
The Senior Resource Guide was proud to once again be a sponsor of TORCH's Annual Conference & Trade Show and provided attendees with complimentary copies of the Guide as well as fantastic resources in our virtual booth:
